Returnlyst exists because return windows are easy to forget. Receipts disappear into crowded inboxes, store policies differ, and by the time an unwanted purchase resurfaces, the deadline may have passed.

Forward a purchase email and Returnlyst extracts the useful order details, estimates the return deadline, and sends a reminder before time runs out. Deadlines remain clearly labeled as estimates and link back to the store policy for exceptions.

Privacy is part of the product design: only the fields needed to track a purchase are stored, and the raw email is deleted after parsing.
